Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately to ensure that the correct items have been delivered.
Exchanges
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by email at support@garokeza.com.
We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or connected to water
- Products purchased from other retailers
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Products lost by the customer
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
Please note: Returns and refunds cannot be processed if more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:
- On the scheduled shipping date
- While being prepared for shipment
- After shipment has been completed

Please securely repackage the item using appropriate packaging materials and send it to the designated return address.
