Refund Method and Processing Time

The refund method and processing time vary depending on the payment method used when placing the order.

If you return an item shipped by us, you can check the refund status through your Account Services ("Order History" page). Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Credit Card

Refund Method:
Refunded to the same credit card used for the purchase.

Processing Time:
Approximately 1–3 days after the returned item is received.

Notes:
Depending on your credit card company, the refund amount may be deducted from the current month's charge, or the charge may first be billed and then refunded in a later billing cycle.


Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer

Refund Method:
You may choose to receive the refund via the same credit card used for the purchase.

Processing Time:
Approximately 1–3 weeks after the returned item is received.

Notes:
If you prefer a bank transfer refund, please register your bank account information when submitting the return request through your order history.


Convenience Store / ATM / Online Banking / Electronic Money Payments

Refund Method:
You may choose to receive the refund via the same credit card used for the purchase.

Processing Time:
Approximately 1–3 days after the returned item is received.

Notes:
If you prefer a bank transfer refund, please register your bank account information when submitting the return request through your order history.


Mobile Carrier Payment

Refund Method:
Refunded through the mobile payment service provider used for the purchase.

Processing Time:
Approximately 1–3 days after the returned item is received.

Notes:
Depending on your mobile payment provider, the refund amount may be deducted from the current month's charge, or the charge may first be billed and then refunded in a later billing cycle.


Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Refund Method:
Refunded through Paidy.

Processing Time:
Approximately 1–3 days after the returned item is received.

Notes:
The refund amount will be reflected in your Paidy account. If there is an outstanding balance in your Paidy account, the refund amount will be deducted from the amount due. If you have already completed payment, you may contact Paidy Customer Support to arrange a refund to your bank account.
